These JHS students will compete in Regional UIL contest in Denton on April 12th.




Jacksonville High School students competed in the District 12 Academic Spring Meet on March 29th at Hallsville High School. JHS students placed 1st in Persuasive Speaking and Prose Interpretation, 2nd overall in Science and 1st in Biology and 6th in Science overall. These three students will compete at the Regional UIL meet in Denton on April 12th. In addition, JHS students placed 6th in Prose Interpretation and the Science Team finished 2nd.

Jacksonville Middle School students competed in the District Academic Spring Meet on April 5th at Pine Tree High School. The 7th grade placed 3rd overall and the 8th grade placed 4th overall. The 7th grade Art team placed 1st.
