JHS Junior Does Well
at UIL Competition

The president of the JHS Speech Club recently received recognition from UIL. He is a junior at JHS and has competed at UIL for two years in Debate, Prose Reading, and Persuasive Speaking. He medaled last year in Prose and Poetry and this year did even better. He placed 4th in Persuasive Speaking and 5th in Prose Oral Interpretation for the 2007 District Meet held in Hallsville on March 31, 2007. His director is Ginger Lustig at JHS.
