Applying with Jacksonville ISD

To complete an application for employment with the Jacksonville Independent School District, first, select the appropriate application below, print it and fill it out completely:

• Professional Application



• Service and Support Personnel Application

In Addition:

All applicants are required to submit a completed Criminal History Record Information form and three (3) completed (top portion only) copies of the Reference Release form.

• Reference Release Form Submit three (3) copies of this form



• A copy of a valid Texas teaching certificate is needed or in the event you are a recent graduate and you have not received your official teaching certificate, a letter from the college/ university stating that all requirements have been or are being completed



• Reference letters

After accurately completing the appropriate application and other required forms, submit the application, forms and other pertinent information to the Personnel Office:
