JISD Board President, Dr. Larry Folden presenting the 21st Century Teachers Award for October 2006 to Ms. Elizabeth Halpain at the Board of Trustees Oct. 23 Meeting.
At the October 23, 2006, JISD Board Meeting, JISD Instructional Technologist, Carol Shields, introduced Elizabeth Halpain (art teacher at the JHS campus) as the recipient of the 21st Century Teacher Award for October 2006. Dr. Folden thanked Ms. Halpain for her contribution and efforts and presented her with a framed certificate.
